Sydmor’s Jewelry is a family owned business which was started in 1949 in Barberton, Ohio. In 1987, Tom and Gloria Treiber opened a second location in the downtown area of Ravenna, Ohio.

As a full service jewelry store, Sydmor’s does everything from watch battery replacements, buying and selling estate jewelry, to custom designs. Tom and Gloria, as well as their full time staff, have earned certificates from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), proving that they are capable of providing you with knowledge and guidance for all of your jewelry needs.
As a member of the Independent Jewelers Organization (IJO), Tom and Gloria are able to make frequent trips to Antwerp, Belgium, the "Diamond Capital of the World". IJO is the world’s largest independent jewelry buying and educational organization allowing them to purchase diamonds and jewelry at the best possible prices in the industry and to pass that savings on to their customers. As diamond brokers, they also meet regularly with diamond cutters from New York and Israel and offer a large selection of diamonds and diamond jewelry in every style.
